Electromagnetic impulse (EMI) geophysical instrument for conductive materials detection. The Ebinger VEMOS AIR Mk2 is the successor to the Ebinger UPEX 740M "big loop" metal detector. The original UPEX 740M was heavily modified to make it suitable for use on mid-sized drones. Ebinger VEMOS AIR is capable of detecting non-ferrous conductors and smaller objects compared to magnetometers.
